The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TopX Bet platform. Any violation may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyberattack.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using TopX Bet for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

TopX Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.
